BossAries LLC: Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app, or by email request if you prefer.
Delete Your Account in the App (Fastest)
- Open the game (Simply Spades, Simply Blackjack, Simply Poker, or Simply Solitaire)
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently
Or Request Deletion by Email
- Send an email to questions@bossaries.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address you used to sign up and the game name (Simply Spades, Simply Blackjack, Simply Poker, or Simply Solitaire)
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:
- Your account profile (username, email, profile customizations)
- Game statistics and play history (e.g., wins, losses, hands played)
- Friend list, friend requests, and in-game chat messages you sent (games with multiplayer)
- Matchmaking history (games with multiplayer)
What Is Not Affected
- App Store purchases: Managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help or Apple Support.
- Firebase Authentication record: Your login credential is removed as part of account deletion.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Each game has its own account, and deletion applies only to the game you delete from. Your accounts in the other Simply games are not affected. If you return to a game after deleting its account, you will need to create a new account and start fresh.
